After securing a £300,000 investment from NPIF – Mercia Equity Finance, managed by Mercia and part of the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund, Leeds-based barrister Sophie Walker has developed the only AI-driven transcription tool designed specifically for the legal sector.
The funding has accelerated growth by enabling the business to commercialise its software and explore new opportunities in the legal sector.
The Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund project is supported financially by the European Union using funding from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020 and the European Investment Bank.
